Edible Garden Video in the News

Durham Public Schools recently produced a 4-minute professional video telling the story of our Edible Garden.

It features student narration and great footage of students, teachers, parents, and volunteers.  Scenes include the summer’s workdays – back when the garden was just a dream and a dirt patch – plus kids planting their first seeds, the healthy plants they turned into, and the November “Seed to Table” extravaganza with local chef Mark Day preparing delicious foods with garden produce.

And word about “How We Do It at Watts” is spreading!  The garden video was recently featured on treehugger.com:
