Duke Medical Students Lend a Hand

On August 5 (a few days after the 2nd Edible Garden workday), a fantastic group of medical school students from Duke contributed their time and energy and seemed more than happy to shovel and sweat for our school. One of them just started med school after teaching high school in L.A. for 12 years. He said he was really pleased and impressed by how involved the Durham community is. Another talked about how much she’d loved going to Montessori elementary school.
