Fall Carnival was FUN!!
Saturday, November 1, was a great day to be outside. Thanks to great preparation, lots of volunteers, and blue skies, Fall Carnival was a huge success! It brought in over $1900 while we enjoyed delicious food, musical and dance shows, a bounce house, face painting, games, Loteria, cake walk! There was something for everyone. What was your favorite part? Remember it so you can suggest it next year!

THANK YOU to
- All the parents, teachers, and staff who came to Fall Carnival
- Everyone who donated food and prizes
- Everyone who volunteered, made signs, helped set up, brought their grills, grilled the food, staffed the game stations, and cleaned up
- All the brave teachers and staff who participated in “Pie in the Face”
- “Sabor a Mexico” for their wonderful dancing performances
- “Looney Tunes” and “Sabor a Mexico” for their fun musical performance
- Beth El Synagogue for graciously lending us their tables
- Eric and Angie Douglas for taking and sharing their great photos
We also extend our gratitude to the two local businesses for their very generous contributions of food:
Don Becerra’s Tienda y carnicería donated 50 lbs of meat (they even seasoned it!), plus other food, prizes, and the piñata! Carnicería y Tienda Guerrero also donated bread to round out the delicious meal.
Please support these local businesses that have so generously supported us!
Finally, a big round of applause for Carolina Musawwir, Parent Involvement Chair, who worked tirelessly to make Fall Carnival a very special community event.
